Summary: By using Reflyit, you agree to these terms. The platform connects influencers and organizations. Influencers use it free of charge. Organizations access advanced features under a subscription or agreed arrangement. Both must use the platform lawfully and honestly.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Reflyit ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
If you are using Reflyit on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Platform Description
Reflyit is an influencer marketing management platform that enables:
- Influencers to join organizations, track commissions, manage referral links, and grow their presence
- Organizations to discover, onboard, and manage influencers; create products and campaigns; and track performance through attribution reporting
- Superadmins to manage the platform across all organizations
We are not a party to any commercial arrangement between influencers and organizations. We provide the tools; the agreements and obligations are between the parties involved.
3. Accounts & Registration
To use Reflyit you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access at support@reflyit.com
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. One person may not maintain more than one account without explicit permission from Reflyit.
4. Influencer Terms
Influencer accounts are provided free of charge. As an influencer you agree to:
- Provide truthful information about your social media presence and audience
- Only promote products and organizations you are authorized to represent
- Comply with applicable advertising disclosure regulations (e.g., FTC guidelines) when creating sponsored content
- Not manipulate referral tracking, inflate click counts, or engage in fraudulent commission activity
- Use referral links, QR codes, and tracking tools solely for legitimate promotional purposes
Reflyit does not guarantee that influencers will be hired by organizations, receive commissions, or achieve any particular outcome from using the platform.
5. Organization Terms
Organizations registering on Reflyit agree to:
- Provide accurate business information including company name, branding, and contact details
- Honor commission structures and payment obligations agreed with influencers
- Use influencer data only for platform-related purposes and not share it with unauthorized third parties
- Ensure all products listed comply with applicable laws and do not infringe third-party rights
- Not use the platform to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal marketing practices
Organizations are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, commission calculations, and any payments owed to influencers.
6. Commissions & Payments
Reflyit provides commission tracking and reporting tools. Unless Reflyit explicitly acts as a payment processor:
- Commission calculations displayed on the platform are for reference and reporting purposes
- Organizations are responsible for accurately verifying sales data and fulfilling payment obligations to influencers
- Disputes regarding commission amounts or payments are between the influencer and the organization
- Reflyit is not liable for unpaid commissions, errors in commission calculations, or payment disputes
7. User Content & Conduct
You are responsible for all content you submit to the platform. You agree NOT to:
- Upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes any third-party rights
- Use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without written permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages platform operation
By submitting content, you grant Reflyit a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and store that content as necessary to provide the service.
8. Intellectual Property
Reflyit and its licensors own all rights to the platform's code, design, logos, and content. Nothing in these terms grants you any right in Reflyit's intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the service as intended.
Organizations retain ownership of their brand assets uploaded to the platform. Influencers retain ownership of their profile content.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion option in your profile settings. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred before termination.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. REFLYIT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reflyit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Reflyit in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reflyit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as mutually agreed. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users by email and display a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
